Sweetwaters Guests,

One of Sweetwaters’ core values has always been to create a positive environment for our guests and staff. With that as our guide, we will be implementing protective measures in our cafés to keep the safety of our guests, staff, and all those who make up our Sweetwaters community a top priority. We’ve been serving you for over 27 years and we take that honor very seriously.

You may see the following changes in our cafes, all with the safety of you and our staff in mind.

  • Staff is performing deep cleans and the cleaning of surfaces with increased frequency.
  • Previously self-serve items such as condiments, lids, stirrers, and utensils are now behind our bar and available upon request.
  • We are pausing the use of ceramicware and personal beverage containers. All beverages and foods will be served in our disposable packaging.
  • As the current situation continues to change, you may see some Sweetwaters adjusting hours or modifying operations.
  • If your prefer to enjoy your Sweetwaters without leaving your home or office, many of our locations partner with delivery services such as UberEats, Grubhub, Door Dash, EZCater, and Postmates. Please check out their websites to see if your local Sweetwaters offers this service.
  • We will continue to monitor updates and protocol suggested by the CDC, local Departments of Public Health, and the World Health Organization to best ensure the safety of our guests and staff. We will do our best to continue to keep you informed.
